Boston Chapter Rules

Here you will find the Rules, By-Laws and Policies of the Boston Chapter. Note that all rules or policies enacted by the Chapter or its Committees are superseded by Club-wide rules and policies. Chapter policies tend to be more current and are updated as needed. The Chapter Rules and By-Laws have not been changed in some time and may reflect out of date guidelines (such as posting trips to the Outdoors newsletter).

Boston Chapter Rules

These are the detailed rules governing many aspects of how the Chapter and its Standing Committees conduct themselves including – but not limited to – detailed roles for each Executive Committee Officer, creation of and rules governing Standing (Activity) Committees, nominating committee organization, financial policies (superseded by the Volunteer Finance Manual).
