Beginners' Instructional Bicycle Ride

Beginner instructional and easy ride. We will meet at a rail-trail northwest of Boston to review bicycling basics like shifting, signaling, tire inflation, proper helmet position, group protocol and the like before heading out together on a 10-12 mile ride at an easy pace with no significant hills. Ideal for those who haven't ridden in a long time or who have a new bike they want to get a feel for. See link below for more information. Helmet required. Rain cancels.
