Plymouth Wild Turkey Ride

AMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors locally, visit many of our lodges and campgrounds, and join virtual events and activities. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the AMC liability waiver, online registration is required for all in person AMC events.

Please join us for a 48 mile ride through Plymouth County with a starting time of 10 AM. We will wander through the Miles Standish forest and see how many wild turkeys you can count. Please bring a lunch as we will dine in Bourne along the Cape Cod Canal before we start our journey back to Plymouth. There are plenty of side roads to explore with great ocean views at Manomet. This ride has a lot of fun rolling hills that are quite manageable for intermediate riders, must love hills. You must have all of the usual gear including a spare tube, helmet, bright clothing and warm layers. Bring a change of clothing for dinner afterwards at Wood's on the historic Plymouth waterfront.
