Exploring Antarctica: Hiking, Kayaking, and Camping on the Frozen Continent #BeOnlineWithAMC

AMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors locally, visit many of our lodges and campgrounds, and join virtual events and activities. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the AMC liability waiver, online registration is required for all in person AMC events.

Trip dates: Tuesday, January 19, 2021 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Do you dream of exploring frozen tundras or kayaking among humpback whales? Want to explore the seventh continent and get up close and personal with a real, live penguin? If your answer is yes, does the AMC have the presentation for you! Join us on January 19 at 7pm for a presentation by Jeff Noonan about his experiences visiting Antarctica. Learn how to get there, where to go, and what to bring. Sign up now and we'll (virtually) see you there!
