AMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors locally, visit many of our lodges and campgrounds, and join virtual events and activities. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. New Years Day hike. 5+ miles. Bring water, light lunch, trial snacks. Dress for weather. HAND WARMERS IF YOU HAVE THEM. Walking sticks. TRAILS HAVE ICE ON THEM! Mask is a mandatory. If you don't have one one will be provided. Must register. NO GUEST/no dogs. .
