The house has several king & queen beds, so bring your spouse or partner for additional $100 (50% off!).
Jay peak in northern Vermont is 9 miles from the border with Quebec. The elevation and westerly flow from Great Lakes provides consistent, quality snow and abundant glades to ski. There are not many requirements for this trip, since we are skiing a downhill area. The group will likely split into subgroups of similar pace and ability, with 1-2 groups skiing glades. You will need suitable gear for Sunday's backcountry tour and be capable of skiing lower-angle glades. Skiing Jay on Sunday is also an option. Of course, all plans will be subject to snow conditions.
Jeff has led many resort and backcountry ski trips for AMC. He also a volunteer instructor for telemark clinics.
