Young Members (20s and 30s) Run on the Charles

AMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors locally, visit many of our lodges and campgrounds, and join virtual events and activities. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the AMC liability waiver, online registration is required for all in person AMC events.

Trip dates: Thursday, June 13, 2019 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Join Young Members for a 3-mile, weeknight run along the scenic Charles River. We'll start at the base of the Frances Appleton Pedestrian Bridge at the corner of Charles Street and Cambridge Street. Our route will then take us by the Esplanade, over the Mass Ave Bridge to the Cambridge side of the river, and then over the Longfellow Bridge for a short incline before returning to our starting point. We'll finish in front of the J.P. Licks on Charles Street for a debrief and optional post-run ice cream.
