Hike Mt. Zealand & Bonds Backpack with Overnight at Guyot Tentsite

In support of the national effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 and to minimize the risks to the most vulnerable among us, AMC will immediately begin the process of temporarily closing all lodging and foodservice facilities and suspending all in-person staff and volunteer led programming through June 3.

Trip dates: Saturday, June 22, 2019 12:00 AM to Sunday, June 23, 2019 12:00 AM

We will do a traverse (with a car spot) from Zealand to Lincoln Woods. This is a 20 -mile trip. Mount Bond is a 4,698 foot mountain in the heart of the Pemigewasset Wilderness in the White Mountains. It has two subsidiary peaks, West Bond and Bondcliff, all of which are NH 4,000 Footers. We will take Zealand Trail and the Twinway to summit Mt. Zealand ( 4260) and Mt. Guyot (4580). Then we will camp at the Guyot Campsite. We will summit Mt. West Bond (4540). On Sunday, we will summit Mt. Bond (4698) then Mt. Bondcliff (4265). We will go down the Bondcliff Trail back to Lincoln Woods. This hike requires a long car spot.
