Join us for a weekend of winter hiking fun in Vermont! We will aim to climb a number of Vermont Hundred Highest and possibly 4000 Foot peaks over the course of three days, with cooperative weather. Possible peaks include Dorset (3,770?), Equinox (3,855?), Mendon (3,839?), Killington (4,229'), Bread Loaf (3,835?), Wilson (3,780?), and Pico (3,957?). Lodging in between hikes will be provided at the luxurious "Turn of the River Lodge" in Killington, VT. We will plan to eat out in the evenings, but participants should bring breakfast food, lunches and snacks. Accommodations will feature heat, plumbing and bunk room accommodations, a refrigerator for shared usage, as well as a microwave for guests who would like to heat up their own meals.

I love to hike and backpack, and lead all kinds of trips from beginner, to extra-long day hikes like a single day presi traverse, to multi-day backpacks and bushwhacks. I even lead trips overseas for the Adventure travel committee. It's all good! I've hiked the 100 Highest peaks in NE, the NH 4000 footers in winter, and hope to someday hike a long trail like the PCT or the AT.
