Join us on a 5 days discovery trip of the Eastern Québec's beautiful national parks : Le Bic and Gaspésie. The best way to enjoy the week of July 4!
We'll spend the first 2 nights (Sat.-Mon.) camping at Parc du Bic, along the shores of the magnificent Saint-Lawrence-River. We'll warm up our legs hiking in Parc du Bic, with beautiful views over the River. Option to unwind kayaking at sunset!
On Monday, we'll head to Parc de la Gaspésie, for 2 1/2 days of more ambitious hiking, culminating with Mont-Albert (3,776 ft - elevation gain 3000 ft), the second-highest peak of the northern Appalachia. We'll treat ourselves by staying in fully equipped cabins (with real beds!).
Participants will share good mood and a taste for soaking in the beauty of nature!
The trip starts on Saturday, June 30 (flexible arrival time) and end on Thursday, July 5, to facilitate participants's travel to and from this area. Participants are welcome to stay in the region after the trip ends, travel to Québec City for the start of the Summer Music Festival that weekend, or drive back home!
Your leaders will enjoy sharing with you tips and advices.
