Spy Pond Trails Day - Planting!

Saturday, May 11, 2019 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Spy Pond Trails Day is an all-volunteer work event sponsored by the Town of Arlington, with ample support provided by the AMC Boston Chapter Trail Committee volunteer crews and the AMC Professional Trail Crew since the first annual event in 2005. This year the Boston Chapter Conservation Committee will be joining the Spy Pond Trails Day activities and other local groups, to plant native dogwoods, trees, and groundcovers to stabilize the slope to the pond. We willl also help remove invasive plants along the access path to the pond. Doughnuts, snacks and tools will be provided.
