Intro to Woods Hole by Kayak

Saturday, July 21, 2018 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Join us for a level 2 paddle at Woods Hole. This ~12 mile paddle will cross main channel to Hadley's harbor where we will play in some current in the gutters, then return across the channel to the launch. Woods Hole channel has strong currents and boat traffic. In addition, there may be strong (15-20 knot) tailwinds in the afternoon. This trip is ideal for those seeking to improve their paddling skills in moderate currents. Helmets are needed when playing around rocks and current.
