Explore the Redwing Bay section of the Charles River by kayak or canoe. This scenic section of the river features bird life, with little nearby traffic. Plan to be on the water by 10AM. Must have a PFD and be comfortable in your boat. Bring water, sunscreen and lunch.

Quiet paddle on this beautiful harbor for kayaks ONLY. 10:00 AM start; bring PFD, water, lunch, and sunscreen. The reward will be a stop at Black Pearl for libation/snacks when we finish.
Paddle all of the wild and scenic portions of the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord (SuAsCo) rivers. Launch on the Sudbury River in Framingham, paddle 15 miles to camp (optional) near Egg Rock in Concord, with a shore component at Old North Bridge. Sanitary facilities and s'mores will be provided. Bring your own water craft, floatation, camping gear and food. Cars will be shuttled to Concord near the camp site if your craft cannot handle all of your camping gear.
Return to Concord by 5 PM. Goal is to go as far as Great Meadows in Sudbury. Bring PFD, water, lunch/snacks. Potluck supper at Leaders' house optional.

Tidewater Canoe and Sea Kayak Camping Weekend. Easy paddling, good food and informal instruction available. This is a good introduction to a Tidewater Paddling area that is ideal for sea kayaking. We have the option of both introductory and advanced canoe or sea kayak day trips from Beal Island. Trip deposit: $81 AMC members/ $100 non-AMC members (does not include boat rental)
