Join the Wednesday Wramblers for a rare trip north of Boston to enjoy a 24 mile bike ride along the NH coast before the summer starts and the crowds arrive. We will start in Hampton NH and head north on an inland route that is residential and rural up to Rye Center. We will then head towards the coast and return to Hampton along Route 1A with beautiful views of the water, some really big houses and a few seaside restaurants and tee shirt shops. We will have a beach stop for the purposes of dipping our toes in the water but not for a swim.
I began leading bike trips for the AMC in 1990 and led for ten years before taking a break. When I became active with the Forty Plus Committee I decided to start leading again. I took a refresher leadership course and Wilderness First Aid and now I am certified as a cross-country ski and bike leader. I have met many wonderful leaders and trip participants and Forty Plus has become one of my most enjoyable retirement activities.
