Join us for this challenging middle-of-the-week hike. At 4003' (1220m), Mount Isolation is one of the White Mountain's most remote peaks, not visible from public highways. We'll hike Rocky Branch Trail on the west side of NH's Route 16 to the Isolation Trail and on to the Davis Path. With an elevation gain of 3400' over 7.3 miles (14.6 miles RT), this is for experienced hikers. Depart Rocky Branch parking area promptly at 8:30am, and plan to return at approximately 6:30pm. The attached link should provide directions and additional information. White Mountain parking pass or day fee required.
