We have WW kayak rentals for $10. You must be able to transport the kayak from the boathouse to the pond and back (approx. 5 miles). If this is your first time in a white water kayak, we will ask you to demonstrate a wet exit (you will flip the kayak over and exit from under the water.) C2B, We will meet at S. Station at 615pm and depart for the Seaport District no later than 630pm. After a brisk ¾ mile walk we will arrive at some outdoor stairs and conduct a fun workout and a few sprints in a park near the trade center. All fitness levels are welcome; this can be as hard or easy as you want to make it. We will do multiple trips up and down the stairs and short sprints on grass. Everyone stays together, no one gets left behind. We will do this for about an hour, then we can do a short jog or grab something to eat at one of the many casual out door dinning venues. Rain or shine, please email leader to register. This is a great way to get in shape for bigger hikes and hills.
