Join us on a late spring backpack to the Bonds, and visit a total of 7 official 4,000 footers in the process! We'll travel in from Haystack Road over Mt. Hale (4054'), Zealand Mountain (4260'), Mt. Guyot, and make camp at the Guyot campsite. Daylight permitting, we will summit Mts. Bond (4698') and Bondcliff (4265'). We will enjoy the sunrise from West Bond (4540'), and then exit via North Twin Mt. (4761') and South Twin Mt. (4902'). Participants are responsible for their camping gear and food. The plan is to hike a total 27 miles over two days, with 7800' of elevation gain.

Come to our Wednesday evening (6 pm - dark) pond socials! These are informal get-togethers at a pond in Concord (near Walden's Pond) to practice paddling skills, roll whitewater kayaks and play around. Everyone is welcome to join us with their own boat! We have WW kayak rentals for $10. You must be able to transport the kayak from the boathouse to the pond and back (approx. 5 miles). If this is your first time in a white water kayak, we will ask you to demonstrate a wet exit (you will flip the kayak over and exit from under the water.) Pizza social at a local restaurant after for those interested! Contact Melanie (email@example.com) with any questions.

You know, the stuff you never use, but it's still usable, or just needs minor repairs. Well, bring it to Joy st on June 5th and find it a new home! And, maybe pick up some cool stuff for yourself. Most items will be free and some items will be for sale.
